Shipping & Return Policy

1. Shipping
a. We use express lines to ship, the following is the parcel shipping time required for reference:
(1) United States: 12 - 15 days;
(2) Canada: 9 - 14 days;
(3) Mexico: 14 - 19 days;
(4) United Kingdom: 10 - 13 days;
(5) Australia: 6 - 10 days;

b.Track Your Order's Shipping Status
b.1 Track by Order Number:
    Click "Tracking by Order Number" at the end of the homepage, enter the inquiry page, and then enter your "Order Number" for inquiry.

b.2 Track by Tracking Number:
    Go to https://www.17track.net/en, use "Tracking Number," to search.

c. Once an order is dispatched from our premises, we will track the items for our customers all the time . If parcel are delay for the unexpected transit traffic , or damage arising out of late delivery of the shipment please contact us immediately !

d. All delivery times and dates are provided as approximate estimates only and are given from the time of dispatch, and NOT from the order date. Additional delays may occur during the months of September – March due to the high demand and heavy load on postal services.

2. Exchange / Return / Cancellation

a.If the product quality no problem, we can’t to accept the return, refund, exchange . Such as the size is small for you, or when you received your order, you find you don’t like it etc..

b. If you find the product damaged upon receipt, or if there are any shipping errors, such as receiving the wrong model, size, or color of the item, please contact us immediately. We can provide compensation, or discuss options for return, exchange, or refund. If you fail to contact us immediately but later claim that the product has quality issues or is damaged, we will not accept returns or issue refunds.

c.To initiate returns, exchanges, or refunds, please follow the process outlined below:
(1) All returns, refunds, and exchanges must begin within 7 days of receiving the item (counting from the moment the logistics company confirms that your parcel has been delivered or signed for). We do not accept returns beyond this period. Additionally, all returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee (unless caused by our fault).
(2) Contact us to obtain our return address.
(3) Items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging.
(4) Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item's condition. If the item's condition affects our ability to resell it, we reserve the right to refuse the refund or deduct up to 50% of the sale price from the refund claim.
(5) Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or shipping fees incurred during returns, exchanges, or refunds (unless caused by our fault).

c. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can be canceled free of charge until they are shipped.
