Upon receiving the items, she expressed satisfaction with the perfect condition of the ring, but the color of the bracelet did not meet her expectations. Through negotiation, we ultimately provided her with a partial refund. We appreciate S's purchase and are thankful for her support.



2.Simon is also a first-time customer who received his order and discovered that a bracelet was sent in the wrong color. He wanted platinum, but received gold instead. Upon contacting us, we apologized for our mistake, sent him a replacement bracelet in the correct color, and provided compensation for the inconvenience.
